Terms
Short, because there is not much to say yet.
hum is in development and this site sells nothing. That makes these terms unusually thin, and we are not going to pad them with clauses about a shop that does not exist.

The reservation
What it is, and what it is not.
- Not a sale
- No payment is taken, no card details are asked for, and no card details are stored. A reservation does not transfer anything and does not oblige you to buy.
- Not a delivery date
- We do not give one, because we do not have one. Reserving does not entitle you to delivery by any particular time.
- The price shown
- Is today's price for planning, not a locked quote. If it changes before the first run, you are told the real price and decide then.
- Cancelling
- Yours, any time, from your reservation. The record is deleted, not flagged.
- Ours to cancel too
- If the product is not built, we say so and delete the list. You would hear it from us rather than notice the site going quiet.
- One per address
- A second reservation from the same address returns the first one instead of opening another, so the build count stays real.
This site
Use it as you like, within reason.
- What is described here
- Is what we are building. Specifications, prices and screenshots can change while it is being built; where something is not finished, the page says so.
- No warranty from this page
- Nothing on this site is a warranty. Product warranty terms come with the product, when there is one to ship.
- Electrical work
- Installation involves a breaker panel. Have a qualified electrician do that part. Nothing on this site is an instruction to work on live equipment yourself.
- Automated use
- Do not hammer the site or the reservation endpoint. There are rate limits, and they are there so one person cannot spend everyone else's email quota.
- Names and marks
- "hum" and "Veltrix" are ours. The text and images on this site are ours. Quote us with a link; do not copy the site wholesale.

- What we keep and for how long is on the privacy page, and that page is part of these terms.
- Governing law
- Turkish law, and the courts of Turkey, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be signed away — those stay yours.
- Changes
- If these terms change in a way that matters to a reservation you hold, you get an email. Small wording fixes just get a new date at the top.
- Questions
- Ask a person: info@veltrix.solutions. Plain answers, same as the rest of the site.
