Before you ask.
What happens to my address?
It sits in one table with the device you picked, the supply, the quantity, your note and the date. No card, no postal address, no tracking. Cancel and the row is deleted, not flagged. The privacy page says the same thing in full.
Am I promising to buy it?
No. There is no contract here, no deposit, and no penalty. You are telling us to build one for you, and we are telling you when it is real.
When does it ship?
We are not going to name a date we cannot keep. The boards are designed, the display software runs on hardware, and the phone app talks to it. What is left is manufacturing. When a date is real, you get it by email.
Which one should I pick?
If a few big machines run one at a time, hum lite names them. If several start together most evenings, or you want to watch a motor getting worse month by month, that is hum pro. Both keep the same signed record and both say "Not identified" rather than guess.
