There is no account to log into and no password to forget. The code we emailed you, plus the address it was sent to, opens the record. The same two things delete it.

I lost the code.

Write to info@veltrix.solutions from the address you reserved with and we will send it back. We do not send codes to a different address than the one on the record.

What does "place in queue" mean?

How many open reservations were made before yours, counted at the moment you ask. It is a real count, not a marketing number. If someone ahead of you cancels, it goes down.

What happens when I cancel?

The row is deleted. Not marked cancelled and kept: deleted. You get one email saying so, and after that we hold nothing about you except the waiting-list address if you signed up for that separately.

Can I change the device or the quantity?

Cancel and reserve again; it takes a few seconds and the queue position stays close to where it was. We would rather do that than build an edit screen that can half-fail.
